How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used skincare tools and serums cannot be returned.
Are SACHEU products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
How do I clean my stainless steel skincare tools?
Our stainless steel tools are non-porous and easy to clean. Simply wash with mild soap and warm water after each use, then pat dry with a clean towel.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
